Installing Make Clothes on OSX

Hey all,

I'm new to Make Human, but I think I've got a grasp on it, because I have a decent background in VFX and animation using Adobe and Final Cut. What I am having a problem with is getting the Blender Tools to install/work. Every tutorial I've seen is geared toward Windows/Linux users, but I'm on OSX 10.6 (its a REALLY old system, trying to save for a new one).

Any help getting this figured out would be greatly appreciated.
