How can I add new skins, hairs , eye blows into MH??

Hi, there .. glad to see you!!

I am an beginer for MH but interested in it , poor like this S/W style.. Please help me!!

I read very many articles in this forum and other website that show the way howto use MH..
There are usefull.. But not enough to use perfectly..

Q 1. I got a skin image from http://www.makehuman.org/skin. But I can't add it into skin list in MH.. Are there any buttons, tap, tool, menu or way??
Is copying the images to some folder the only way and unique?? Give me some words

Q2. How about other materials as hairs, eye blows... etc

I can use blender 2.7.1..

Could you show me some other article or link .. As possible as latest version..

I'm wait for reply from good friends..
