Where are all the awesome extra assets?

I keep hearing about sets of clothes and hair not included in the stable build. I don't seem to know where to find or install them. I downloaded a nightly build once and it seemed to be very similar to the stable build. Any help? Can I find more prebuilt clothes and hair for makehuman somewhere?

Nightly unstable has them.
