Morph targets for a model

Hello there, is there a way to get all morphs that you can make in makehuman to the model export with the model as morph targets to customize the model?

This is not supported by default, no.
Also consider the license implications of this: the morph data is protected by the AGPL, if you export them, that file will have to be redistributed under the same conditions.
The standard output of MakeHuman is free from such limitations (CC0), but that does not extend to custom exporters that export MH internal data.
