Move lips

How can I move the lips in blender? I found a page about mhxrig but I can't find the MXs layers panel in blender.

It comes with the MHX importer plugin or the MakeWalk plugin ('m not sure which of the two). You need to enable the addon in Blender.

There was a face rig in alpha 7, but it has been removed. Some kind of face rig will return in alpha 9.

Geez I hope so. I just finished putting a scene together (is a scene ever really done?) where I wanted a pair of giggling little girls in the frame. Couldn't find a way to make them smile. I have one with her jaw wide open but it doesn't quite express what I was after.
