In the early editions this was the default setting - the current default rest pose is not appropriate for loading models into Unity and controlling them using the kinect.
I understand that there is a work around for this but I really do not want to have to go into Blender and use the walk plugin to do this, I tried this in the 1.00 release and found it complex and tedious nor could I get it to work correctly.
I am really disappointed that the T-Pose feature was not implemented as promised in the 1.01 release
