Serious problems with MPFB

I've been trying to migrate from MakeHuman to MPFB for a while now but I seem to have messed up with the installation somehow since I keep getting the error 'The "Import-Export Wavefront OBJ format" addon seems to be disabled. You need to enable this in the preferences.' despite the fact that I'm using Blender 4.0. Could anyone figure out what in the blazes is going on?

Hey, i've had this problem before, what i did is just download both of the latest "blender4" version from plugin directory, and try them one by one, i forget which one worked, but one of them did, but they are not working immideately tho, you HAVE to restart blender in order for that pop up to be gone
