Is Metahuman supposed to be a an actual “character creator”?

I ask because I’ve been having a lot of trouble modeling and sculpting people in blender/maya, I’ve purchased reaillusion’s Character Creator 4 and iclone app, to make my characters, but I don’t really “understand” the purpose for metahuman

I thought maybe it was just an app to make some basic models for use in videos that had good facial expressions

Can I actually model my characters in it? For a game? What are the limitations to it’s functionality?

I'm not sure what this has to do with Metahuman? This site is dedicated to MakeHuman — they are different programs. With MakeHuman, you can make characters for games.
