Model extruding when moving the jaw or the head

Hello people! Yesterday I created a model and had no problem posing it after importing to blender... Today, creating another model, this started to happen:

Any idea of what might be causing it? (I am using MakeHuman plugin for blender)

I managed to fix it! I edit the save file and changed the subdivide to 'False'. Working well now!!!
