New to blender. I have some questions

Hello guys. Fisrt of all, sorry for my english. I will try to write the best possible for the sake of gramatic things.

I carried of a while the thought of trying blender. Sincerely with you guys, my motivation comes to see for a long time a lot of arts and modelings of bodies an other things that stop my breath. This repeat at the time i think: Why i can not do my own characters?

So, I come here to asking you guys
- Is blender what i looking for?
- Blender require knowledge of painting? because iam VERY BAD painting
-Blender requiere another type of knowledge?
- Some places where i can find good tutorials? Right now my economy is low so i cant afford a expensive course
-Some tips you guys can give me at the start?

You don't need skills in art or painting in order to use blender and mpfb to create characters. I'd suggest taking a look at https://youtu.be/9jmTdhVjAsI?si=FObD_J6c8y8WD66x and see if it feels comprehensible.

Blender itself requires some getting used to, but there are plenty of tree basic tutorials for it on youtube.
