In MPFB, you have a "system and resources" -> "directories" panel. This contains a button called "user files". Click this to open a file window.

In the opened directory you will find a folder "data". If "data" does not contain a subfolder "custom", then create it. Copy any additional targets into the "custom" directory and restart blender.

You should now get a "custom targets" category on the modeling panel.

Thanks, I've already solved it couldn't wait for the answer))) I also have a huge problem for using makehuman character in unity and apply a nvidia omniverse audio2face facial animation, maybe you know something about this? Thanks again.

No, sorry. It was many years since I last worked with unity.
