Windows: Does qt/python/makehuman create temp-files in the system?
Not to my knowledge, no.

Yes and no. There is a much neglected (redhat) rpm build routine in
https://bitbucket.org/MakeHuman/makehum ... at=default. I think there are still redhat RPMs around for 1.0.2 somewhere.
For SuSE there are RPMs in a central repo somewhere somehow. I pretty much assume these are for 1.0.2 too. However, I have absolutely no clue about SuSE.
I'm planning to make redhat RPMs for 1.1.0 within the foreseeable future, but I'm not there yet.

I think DMG files are pretty much self-contained. If you drag the icon to the trash can, there shouldn't be much left. But I don't have any mac to test with.
