Looks nice overall.

Only suggestions I have are to look over the shadows a bit: I wonder a bit over the black sections (which I guess are shadows?) on the upper torso and on one hand. Not knowing how you made it, it seems that the terminator for when to decide an area is a shadow should be lowered a bit, or alternatively that shadows should be transparent so that they are darker areas on the skin rather than pitch black.

this is not really shadow actually was done using lith sphere causing any party that is parallel to camera go black in MakeHuman u have this option in the materials ready, inside the engine needs to be done mixing texture with this shading in the emissive mode to try to make this boundary effect does not work as well as it does not behave according to a shadow, in fact it just turns black all that is parallel to the camera view (sorry for bad English but this is not my native language)
