Just tried to download the makeup file and I was directed to a site called "minus" which did not allow me to download the file but kept spamming me with adds for some dubious application that I don't need or want.
Is there somewhere else the file lives? (he asked hopefully)

The download is still there. What you see is a fullscreen ad popup that can be closed by clicking the cross icon in the upper right corner.
Anyway, I have attached the file to this post to have a local mirror for it.
