I tried to create a face and head that would be the most possible beautiful one for my opinions and I got this

As far as I can, you already attached eyelashes. I suggest you to add eyebrows, too. I already experienced that this makes a great difference.

I wanted to add them, I tried but I erased them when I noticed that all the predetermined ones were ugly, they were too high, too big, or not in the format that I liked. Maybe I need to change that manually or download something I guess
