What is a good resource to make human models?

I know absolutely nothing about anatomy and I'm not usually happy with the results from what I make in Blender. Is there any apps, resources, or addons I could use to make this process easier https://tutuapp.uno/ ?

I'm trying to make something like the Alien Soldier in Mixamo, but never works.
