export model with blendshapes

Postby Seaky » Tue Jul 25, 2023 8:16 am

Hi guys, I really love this software. The human model is so flexible. It has everything I want. So I want to build my own UI to edit this model.
However, after I exported model to a fbx file, I found out that it has no blendshapes in it, which means I couldn't modify it as I want.
I am newbee to 3d models. How can I get the editable model?
Thanks!

Hi, I think the link you give does not solve my problem. What I want is more like editing the model with the UI that I created myself using Unity, not blender stuff.

It covers the basic principles of transferring blendshapes from MakeHuman first to Blender, then to the game engine. Other methods of transferring them are not yet known.
