Can't instal Makeclothes addon

I checked around and didn't see this topic. I have installed mpfb2 in Blender 4.02 for Mac. When I try to install the Makeclothes addon (or Makeskin or Maketarget), I go through the usual procedure (Edit > Preferences > Addons > Install > [choose the zip]), but nothing appears on the addon page, and the addon is not available in the N menu or within the Makehuman addon. I'm not sure what to do. I'm fairly new to 3D, and not all that fluent in the technical aspects of it. I would be grateful for any help.

i have not noticed 100% compatibility with the 4.x Blender series. perhaps use a separate 3.6 Blender for your MH stuff

There is a bundled version of MakeClothes with MPFB. It is available under create assets, if you have installed a recent version.

Note that MPFB 2.0-beta1 requires at least blender 4.1
