Here is my contest entry, done entirely with Makehuman 5.1, 1.1 and Blender 2.49b. I found the fluid animation and the water material to look the best in Inline Render (which I hardly ever use anymore, being a fan of Yafaray).

Formally, that's makehuman v1.0.0-alpha-5-update-1, ie a development snapshot for an intended 1.0 release which never happened for that code branch. Since makehuman was in the "eternal alpha" stage for many years people tended to skip the 1.0 part though. :-)
