Importing and targeting more than 1 bvh.

Hello, I'm trying to import various BVH files into Blender but I'm failing. The first one works fine and the BVH file imports and gets applied fine to my model, but if I try to import a second one it just over writes the first.

How do I import more than 1 BVH file using the "Import and retarget" option?

I think if you create a new action and make it active, you'll be fine.

Ahhhhm I get it now. Everytime I import a new one, the action changes. That wasn't 100% clear, but when I export my models into Unity everything appears to be there! Great stuff.

Yes, each time you load a mocap file, a new action is created and made into the active one.

Have you noticed the manage action buttons in the utilities panel, which helps you really delete garbage animations. In Blender it is not so straightforward to really delete an action, because a hand animation is a lot of work that you don't want to destroy accidentally. When you work with mocap, OTOH, it is easy to try out a lot of animations that you want to throw away afterwards.
