My only complaint is that the mhx export does not seem to have implemented the Face posing bones beyond the head tilt, jaw movement, eye movement and tongue movement as far as I can see. So even though I set the checkbox to include expressions and custom shapes, the export contains no associations to the custom shapes interface controls that used to control the lips, cheeks, eye lids and eyebrows in Blender. The facial expressions I set in MakeHuman also become reset to the default expression when I import it into Blender.

I have not been watching the development of this the Python Only version up to now, so I am assuming this is only a result of this being a work in progress. If it is supposed to be working with this release, then something isn't working for me. In any case, based on the new facial pose settings I am seeing in the MakeHuman interface I am sure that the new facial topology will work much better in Blender and am looking forward to a rigging design for facial expressions that makes use of it.

I have not been able to reverse engineer the facial controls from version 1.0a7 to design my own controls. If anyone knows a good tutorial that demonstrates the principals used to set up the 1.0.7 facial controls, I would be interested. Even if the new rigging turns out to be great, there is always room for learning new ways to tweak Blender.
