Also, new clothes can be made with hidden vertices deleted so that they can not show through the clothes, however this is a new feature and has not circulated through the clothing library yet, to my knowledge. But, again, I am no expert, but merely a user and learning.

The masks are only used in blender's render setup.
We have an experimental "remove vertices" feature, that works for some exporters, and that deletes vertices hidden by clothes that you could try.
Return to MHX2 and other plugins developed outside MakeHuman
