A typical one-piece triathlon suit. You wear this suit when you swim (also under the wetsuit), bike or run. The suit should be combined with a race number belt. Delete groups are used. The leather litsphere is only used for a visibility of the normalmap in Makehuman. In Blender the litsphere does not matter.
