You have to add the line

You have to add the line
material newsboy_cap.mhmat
into newsboy_cap.mhclo for the material to work

Clarify please

I can't get the texture working in MakeHuman..!!
Where shall I do the editing you had mentioned ? I'm afraid you were talking about Blender or any other application but MakeHuman..

I knew I forgot something...
I made a normal map back when I originally made this asset, but didn't make a working MH material until recently. With the updated mhmat you can see the bumps in the viewport, I'll upload it (+ the normal map) soon.
