Description: 

If you want to make your character a singer or speaker, you can use this microphone (using a transmitter, so no cable is needed). It is built on rigid groups, so it should not deform too much. If you want to be totally sure, that the microphone does not deform in Blender, you can throw away all vertex groups and recreate the metacarpal2.R and metacarpal3.R group. Set the 2.R to 0.35 and the 3.R to 0.65 for all vertices. For the material you can experiment with the roughness of the glossy shader and the ratio between diffuse and glossy shader.
