Like other third party stuff like clothes or target, proxies are installed in the appropriate data-folder in the home directory. FAQ:Where are my MakeHuman files found (where is my HOME directory)?. Example paths would be:
- Windows: "MY DOCUMENTS"\makehuman\v1\data\proxymeshes or Documents\makehuman\v1 on Win 7/8/10
- Linux: ~/makehuman/v1/data/proxymeshes
