Haley's Trampoline Routine

Postby Joshea » Wed Jan 12, 2022 8:06 pm

HALEY'S TRAMPOLINE ROUTINE, a short 3D animation made in Blender 3.0 starring Haley, a MakeHuman humanoid sporting a USA leotard / bodysuit (made by Jushcomb 68)

In a small empty stadium, Haley demonstrates some of her more challenging routine moves.

There is music in the background, and the viewer will be able to hear and see Haley bounce up / down from the trampoline.

Lot's of fun. Thanks for sharing.

Would like to see a little additional work on the deceleration and acceleration curves as she hits and rebounds off the trampoline or as she peaks in the air.

Thanks for the comment.

I agree with the acceleration and deceleration, especially for the ending. She was too slow in the air coming out of the tumble.

Excellent work. It was a pleasure to watch.

I would suggest adding a little squat at the end of the jump — people very rarely land on straight legs.

Thanks for watching.

I agree, the landing could have had more bend in the knees which would add a little more realism and created a softer dismount.

Thanks, much appreciated. I really enjoy the process, especially animation.
