Do you need to use MHX2 for some reason?
Using Blender with the MakeHuman plugins, it is now possible to directly import a model from MakeHuman 1.2.
This is done by starting MakeHuman, make sure the the Community/Socket tab has "Accept connections" selected, and the human model is configured as desired.
Then (with MakeHuman still running) select the "MakeHuman" tab in Blender (type n if the sidebar is not visible) and click "Import human"
The model will then be loaded into Blender .
If desired, the Settings tab has values that can be changed to meet specific requirements.
