Increasing amounts of gray hair on different hair colors, plus a basic version of the random hair node setup. The part highlighted in yellow is the percentage of white hairs. (Currently, the default random setting in the shader makes the color random in both directions. )

The "Hair info -> is strand" is optional; it's a cool trick to set the material of the emitter object.
