It does if you install the latest MHX version in the blender plugins directory.
- If your blender installation has a plugin called "io_import_scene_mhx" or similar in the addons/plugins directory, then delete that (in fact, delete everything with "MHX" in it's name in the plugins directory)
- Download blendertools from the bottom of this page http://www.makehuman.org/content/download.html
- Install and enable blendertools in blender http://www.makehuman.org/doc/node/blend ... ation.html (ignore the slightly outdated version information)
- In blender, switch to cycles mode before importing an MHX model
NOTE that I am uncertain if what I tested was the "unstable" nightly build, but I think it was a release build. If I'm wrong, you'll have to download any "unstable" from here

Anyway, this worked pretty decently when I tested a while back, but I haven't followed the changes lately, so something might have happened to it.
