if you know PhotoShop/Gimp you could help the project out by creating skins

(just export your finished skin to PNG and TIF and you are set)

There is no point helping out. There simply is not enough man power to get this project anywhere near satisfactory results anytime soon. It will be years until it is of any real use. Better to implement this technology into Daz Studio or hope some people who do not expect to be payed for this to help help but good luck with that.

so what you are saying is because YOU PERSONALLY do not have the required skill then nobody does so nobody should bother.
otherwise you have 3 options
1 stop posting in a project forum you don't support
2 use my template to create a couple skins to prove your skills
3 find a section of the project you can help with
