Probably a spammer and definitely no one from the crew. This is partially a post from Joel from 2019. Will not delete it, since this is still true. However moving it to off topic and locking it until final decision.
Bug reports in the forum are still welcome.

The wait wasn't long. The spammer was banned for another post that did not raise any doubt that it was spam.
