Female breast cartoon reference

Apart from being a criticism of misogyny, this is a pretty useful reference: http://geekxgirls.com/article.php?ID=7004

Particulary point three has a tendency to cause trouble with MH toons. I've struggled with getting realistic deformations automatically for those positions (it'd probably involve some sort of soft body simulation).

Maybe a "female-breasts-for-when-lying-on-back" target might be a viable avenue too.

I tried to deal with this problem a while back. Softbodies look promising, but far from perfect. They don't offer an option to preserve volume. Anyway you'll find my Blender file in this thread: http://www.makehumancommunity.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=12842#p31344

Additionally there's an animation I did using this setup: http://www.makehumancommunity.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13824

I use softbody-driven rigs for doing "jiggle physics". Empties are 3-vertex-parented to the geometry of a simple softbody sim, then the relevant bones are given Stretch To constraints with the Empties as targets. It bakes very fast and you get the built-in volume preservation of bones. Have to do some fancy finagling with layers and parent/child relationships to avoid dependancy loops, though.
