Anyone used this? its actually pretty good, if you duplicate you high poly, or tris mesh, then just draw over it and it remeshes into low poly (how low is up to you) quads.

Seems to be GPL licensed (if you look in the code, there's no license file).

It is very similar to blenders built in feature called bsurfaces - where you use the grease pencil to draw lines on the object and it fills in between with vertices/quad faces.

So, it was my memory that this tool was offered for a price. I think this is the same tool :

License does say GPL.
