This is one the finest and looks to be easiest to use examples of a cloth sim i have seen that works in real time but due to this probably being some personal university research and no questions being answered this will probably never see the light of day, sadly.

More goodies but requires a stupid purchase thing to access the data.

The video is indeed from a Korean university project from which we have the paper. The other paper I didn't read yet, but I can access it :). Thanks.

Ahh! nice. Now to see this type of technology in MakeHuman would be revolutionary to say the least. Draw your custom clothing template, texture it and drag to fit any figure imaginable. I drool to see this stuff to be implemented and i am sure others as well.

You can usually find scientific papers for free, perhaps in preprint form or as conference reports. Googling the corresponding author gave the following hits:
http://www.cadanda.com/V2No6_10.pdf
http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.91.4020&rep=rep1&type=pdf

Can you tell the paper title and authors? (the video isn't available anymore)
