How do I make new morphs for MakeHuman?

Postby WarpZone » Sun Mar 02, 2008 7:42 am

I vaguely remember a previous version of MH having a blend file that users could edit to create new morphs. Is there a way to do that with version 019? I see a lot of talk about how the MakeHuman project needs more artists to create morphs, but there doesn't seem to be any way for outsiders to jump in and create content right now.

I'm working very, very hard on MH proto (http://www.dedalo-3d.com/public/blog/in ... y=2008&m=1).
Using MHproto, you can model morph using your preferred software, save the mesh as wavefront obj, import it in MHproto and convert it in target.
I estimate about 6 - 8 weeks before the first alpha release of proto.

In meantime a new maketarget for Blender (thanks to Tim) will be online soon (maybe today).
Stay tuned!

A lot of thanks to Timothy Kolesa.
New version of MakeTarget for Blender is here:
