blender 4.3 - error when CREATE HUMAN

The "Import-Export Wavefront OBJ format" addon seems to be disabled. You need to enable this in the preferences.As I understand it, in Blender 4.3 the import export .obj add-on is incorporated and it is not necessary to enable it in preferences, however I still cannot create a human figure yet.
Whats your recomendation for this? reinstalling make human again?
