Grafics card Intel 3000

Hello, version 1.3.0 of make human like version 1.2.0 still refuses to open on my DELL laptop equipped with an "Intel ® HD grafics 3000" graphics card, version 1.1.0 works perfectly except that I can not import the "assets" which is rather annoying. Why was the plug that allowed this software to work perfectly with all graphics cards removed?
