Or even if im allowed to post this, but i just wanted to share my find with

Crazybump is currently in beta status at the moment but it is commercial.

The Map Zone Editor is free.

Think its best to warn people that Xnormal (while it looks like a good program) is a 64MB download and if you're on dialup :o the estimated download time is over 2 hours.......
