Now many of clothes types is being produced.
Is it actual to create computing programs that enhance the quality of clothes and make new models?

You can export your models, then make clothing with any 3D modeling program you choose. Makehuman will not make clothes.
VscorpianC has a series of videos on Makehuman + Blender to make clothing;

However I don't care for layering clothing on the 3D form. If your 3D mesh will be animated in a movie or a game, I would replace the torso for the jacket to avoid clipping. Making some clothing, such as socks, can be as simple as painting them on as a texture.

Thanks
And in real life for ex, if we use MH for 3d preview, is it actual to compute clothes parameters on PC?

In other words, real jeans, jackets, footwear is being computed now on PC? New materials?
When we create some new thing like jeans

I would swap the torso for the jacket if your 3D mesh will be animated in a video game or film in order to prevent clippingdrift boss Some apparel, like socks, can be made by just painting a texture on them.
