If possible, where can I know the vertex index of each topology?

It's not clear what you are requesting, so I will post one possible answer

As seen in the attached image, mesh vertex indices can be viewed in Blender 2.9 by selecting the Developer Indices check box under Viewport Overlays.
This check box is only displayed when "Developer Extras" is enabled under Blender -> Edit -> Preferences -> Interface

This answer is obviously only helpful if you were interested in looking at a small region of the mesh.

hi,
I change the "Developer Extras" in blender, but when I open the Viewport Overlays, there is no mesh edit mode, just as the attachment shows. Could you tell me what the problem is? Thanks.

Did you scroll down in the Viewport Overlays window?
The mesh edit mode and developer indices section are below Motion Tracking, which is the lowest item shown in your image.
