Is there Like a way I can make a topology myself?
or is there a way to put a Human in a blender or anywhere else?
and then bring it back to make humans for more things.

Typologies are also called proxies they are created using makeclothes2 as clothes are also proxies that do not cover the whole model though you have to change the file extension manually after creating your proxy so it is not taken as clothes.
