How to do these other Makestuff.

I wanted to try to make hair or clothes for some make human I may want to share. But how would I do this. I see some plugins with like
MakeTarget 2 (download zip) - For creating new targets (blender 2.80 only)
MakeClothes 2 (download zip) - For creating new clothes (blender 2.80 only).
MakeTarget 1 and MakeClothes 1 (download zip) - For creating new targets and clothes (blender 2.79 only). Note that these are now considered deprecated in favor of MC2 and MT2, see above.
MakeSkin (download zip) - For creating new materials such as skins and clothes materials (blender 2.80 only).
MHX2 (blender side) (download zip)
