Question about the textures

A bit of a strange question but were the textures photo scanned or hand drawn? And if so which part is which? The skin and tongue seem to be photo scanned, whilst the eye, eyebrows and teeth seem to be hand drawn, is this correct or?

All of them where hand crafted no photographic scans at all scans just do not have the needed resolution for believably.

It depends on the asset. At least one skirt I did has a texture that's a tessellation of a square of actual fabric.
