Not sure what you are asking? Generate multiple MH models? There's the Mass Produce plugin for that.

I think he wants to have more than one model in the view point which just can not be done with in makehuman as there is no way of differentiating between the various meshes needed for that.

BUT ...
You CAN use mass produce as Salty says, and then import as many of those into Blender (or another 3D software like Maya or Houdini) as you want at the same time.
