This is a very important question! YouTube will issue a warning about nudity, then it will remove your renders. What I would need to know is: which 3d editing suite do you use? Right now, there aren't any clothes plugins for Makehuman, but the model automatically gets a sweatshirt and jeans when the model is exported to Blender 2.59. If you are using 3d Studio Max, or even Maya, your best bet is to export the .obj form of the model, and create your clothes there. I use Zuzanna's outfits from bodyrock.tv as my norm for my females: sports top and shorts; that way you can track deformations in the mesh.
