The Makehuman plug works fine in Blender 2.8 for me...it has almost from the get go or since about Jan. Not sure about Makewalk or Makeclothes, but the animation and nodes all work when importing into Blender 2.8. Sure you have to do some work on the material nodes to make everything look nice...and to fix any broken links or poorly made assets - but it was like this in 2.79. I've just tried to look through my favorites for the github link where I got the plug from - I've got over 2000 (I'm an arts researcher lol) - but it could be anywhere on a multitude of lists. I got the link from this forum though, so do some digging.

Oh, and as a workaround...Blender 2.79 now has the most important feature of 2.8...well imo - this is the ability to use the CPU and GPU for rendering. You can download the zip from the Blender site.
