Moving MakeHuman to Maya, 3d Max

Hello.
I was wondering is there ANY way to move make human base mesh to Maya, 3d max ?
I want to make couple of target, but I can't work in blender, and take SO MUCH TIME for me to just do a simple job in blender.

I was thinking like send it as fbx - Edit it in maya - return it to blender.
Is it possible?

YES YES YES :D :D :D :D :D :D
you can do this,
1.export makehuman base as .fbx
2.import it to Maya
3.Edit the mesh as you like
4.import the new mesh to blender
5.select both (edited and original) mesh and then hit "Load from mesh"

That's it.Thank you MH for having that option...

But:
I do.
The best way to fix transparency in Maya is using an opacity map. and it doesn't need much of time or any special app.
Reason:"because you can use ANY material (like vray - redshift - corona ,...) and still have the transparency. What you suggested there will only solve the problem for maya(viewport 2.0) not other renderer.
