How to increase a range?

Hi!

Standard measures bounded (such as neck circum and so on). I understand that it's made for the sake of realism but anyway how can I change a range for some measures? I'm not interested in the lower bound, but in the upper.

Thank you!

P.S. offtop: in my MH 1.1.0 on macbook air 2012 only the first measure in a group is illustrated on the model by dotted line, all others -- don't. What could be a problem?

You need to use the Macro sliders first to get the rough proportions of your character right. The measurement sliders are for tweaking.

Have you tried clicking another slider? Does it change the dotted line?

Yes, I understand that

But for my purposes I need to set one of measures unusual big, while others retain usual.

Have you tried clicking another slider? Does it change the dotted line?

MH highlights only the first measure in the group. For example only the "neck circum" even if I'm changing "neck height".

There is not a way within MH to increase the sliders values more. This is because the sliders represent a transition between two versions of the model. The starting position is the original mesh. Furthest to the right is a second version of the mesh. Anywhere in between is a mix of the two. All the way to the left is an inverse. So you can't go beyond the end of the slider, as it isn't just functioning on increasing a value somewhere.

For what you need, you'll want to export your model to a 3D program (Blender) and make the changes to the mesh there.

You need to actually click on/move around that slider, not the text box, then it will highlight another measure.
Anyway, fixed this for the textbox too.

Yes, I know, but I wondered, is it possible to change a range not involving Blender.

I did it! But it doesn't work anyway!

I have another question. I didn't explore how the MH mesh is generating, but is it possible to produce a mesh with a hand not bended in an elbow?

Thanks!
