MakeHuman and SecondLife

I see that MakeHuman as an option in the Skeleton parameters for Second Life rig. How this option can be used ? Is it possible to export the character as Collada, import it in Second Life to use as an avatar ? I've tried but I get very strange results
How Makehuman can help a cloth or avatar designer for Second Life ? Do you have tuto explaining that ?
